About available designs on Instagram:
Seen a design on my IG that says 'available'? These are designs that are ready for purchase! They have NOT been used before and will only be sold ONCE so your event/item is unique. Usually, these are designs I made because I had an idea! Text/details are changeable as well as minor edits. Usually ready as soon as 24 hours!

Fan projects:
I WILL DESIGN FOR FREE hand banners for fan projects seeking official approval for tours!

**Most designs you see on my portfolio are the typical price. HOWEVER - designs with EXTRA features may be higher. It depends on HOW long it takes me to do. Things that may cost more than the listed price: lots of photos, custom fonts, custom graphics, etc. If you want a super EXTRA design, please discuss before hiring.Files:

I like to treat my clients like friends in my KPop community. So long as there are no issues with payment, I am very friendly and flexible!For our first job together it will be by the rules - but for repeat clients I'm often happy to relax the payment terms, time restrictions, and often throw in extra work and extra discounts :) Especially for clients who refer me new clients or post and promote me!

Terms:
I reserve the right to refuse service or to cancel jobs for any reason, including and not limited to non-responsive clients, difficult communications, late payments, creative differences, rudeness, excessive edits, and acting in bad faith or any other reason at will. All payments are NON-REFUNDABLE.Drafts - The contents of any email or message and any attachments are intended solely for the addressee(s). You do NOT own watermarked drafts and may NOT edit or alter them for use in anyway.Edits - Each project gest ONE design option. We are happy to fix typos and make some changes so that you are happy. Each project is allotted up to 3 minor edits/fixes or 15 minutes of work time, which ever is reached first. We reserve the right to charge for excessive edits.
Example: "Can I change this word?" OK. "Can I see this in 10 different colors and choose?" Not ok. It is best to have specific requests.If you do not like your design, you may cancel the project (you do not pay the remaining total; your deposit is non-refundable). You may request a new design, and place another deposit if you want to start over with a new design from scratch.Time wasters - It is better to tell us as soon as possible if you will not be continuing with the project. After 5 days of non-response, your project is taken off our current work list and you will have another 5 days to pay the remaining total to receive your design AS IS (no revisions allowed). If you do not contact us at the 10 day mark, we will mark you as a time-waster, and your design maybe so released/sold to another client. Please tell us if you are going on vacation.

What if I'm in a rush??
I do not work on weekends, but if you're in a rush, you can pay a RUSH FEE. Please contact me!Why do I pay a deposit?
Paying 50% up front tells me that you're serious, and gives me some $$$ for the time I'm going to invest. Unfortunately I've been burned by clients that have stolen drafts or ghosted after I've invested hours in their project. With a deposit, even if you ghost later, at least my time wasn't a total waste. You don't pay the other half until you're satisfied - but most of my repeat clients pay 100% upfront because they know they'll be happy :)Make me two options to choose from.
If you want two cupsleeve options, you can do the 'Weapon of Choice Package' which is $30 to receive two drafts to choose from. I will not make 2 designs for the price of 1 because a majority of my time is spent doing the first draft, not the finalization edits. Also, be less rude please LOLDo you work with international clients/in other languages?
Yes! I have clients from all over the world! I only speak English natively, so if you want another language you must provide the text and check it yourself. All payments are in USD.I'm nervous about paying someone for this - can I just ask you some questions first?
Ofc! Hiring someone online can be scary but remember, I'm just a KPop fan like you :) I'm happy to discuss any questions before you pay.Your prices are too high
I know you can pay very cheap prices to have someone far away crank out a generic cupsleeve - and that's your right to choose.
However my clients come back time and time again because I got that vibe. I'm a real KPOP fan that knows your music, knows their names, and will spend time getting those details that only a true fan would recognize. I'm also a real professional designer that charges upward of $45/hour at my day job, charging you less than $10/hour because I want to be apart of your kpop world!

About me:
I have a Bachelors of Fine art in digital post production and have been working in digital art and graphic design professionally and personally for over 10 years.
When I design for you, I will use a mix of programs like Illustrator, Photoshop (my favorite), and Canva-Pro, this way I can get you on-trend designs quickly, but ones that can't be replicated by amateur designers in online apps alone.As a professional designer and a real kpop fan, I believe I can bring you designs that have that extra SWAG ! I know what's trending in the Kpop community. I usually play the groups music while I design :)I'm a KPop fan trying to fund my KPop habit (you know how it is).
